I tried to sign up to receive newsletters, but it says my email address is already in use. What do I do?

This is probably because you have purchased a book from us and therefore already have an existing 'account' with us. (You can use the same email and password to login to the shopping cart at the checkout). If you can't remember your password, just click the 'forgotten your password?' link on the log-in page and your password will be emailed to you (you can then change the password later).

I'm already signed up, but I just got a new email address. Can I change it?

Yes. Log-in here and click on the 'Change your email address' link.

Can I change my password?

Yes. Log-in here and click on the 'Change your password' link.

How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?

Once you're logged in, simply untick any newsletters you no longer wish to receive and click the 'Save' button.
