About Diana Lawrenson
Diana Lawrenson gave up nursing to concentrate on writing shortly after her two children (now grown up) were born. She has written books for children, young readers and adults and has had many articles published in newspapers and magazines. Diana is a great adventurer having travelled widely, including a year in the Soloman Islands at a bush hospital. Diana now lives in Melbourne with her husband. Dee Huxley has worked as a freelance illustrator, graphic designer and author and has illustrated many picture books for children.
