Trudi, a Dutch gardener, who also fixes leaks, changes lightbulbs and is the only person the elevator obeys. Always accompanied by Lucifer, a small black kitten of diabolic ingenuity.

Belongs to grazier family

7B PLUTO
Belongs to grazier family.
Now occupied by Jason, ex-heroin addict and apprentice to Corinna. A superb muffin cook, pays nude twister in the backpackers' when at leisure.

6A NEPTUNE
Jon and Kepler
Home of Jon, a charitable trustee who supplies water-purifiers and Fair Trade to the undeveloped nations, and Kepler, his Chinese lover, a computer programmer.

6B FLORA

5A ARACHNE
Therese Webb and Carolus
Therese Webbe, who can sew, knit, tat, weave, dye, make lace and is often seen taking her elegant and regal King Charles spaniel, Carolus, for a walk.

5B JUNO
Mrs Pemberthy and Traddles
Mrs Pemberthy lives here in a perpetual state of complaint. Her only fan is her small and scruffy terrier, Traddles.

4A DAPHNE
Andy and Cherie Holliday and Calico
Andy Holliday and his daughter, Cherie. He is a recovering alcoholic and she is a textile design student. Once she was lost, but now she is found.

4B MINERVA
Mrs Sylvia Dawson
Mrs Sylvia Dawson of the elegant clothes and hostess demeanour, likes the city and has joined the Athaeneum library. Lunches in Chinatown.

3A DIONYSUS
Professor Monk and Nox
Professor Monk, a widower, had his whole apartment decorated in Pompeiian style. Is now ruled by Nox, sister of Lucifer, who occasionally allows him some of her smoked salmon.

3B MARS

2A PANDORA
Kylie and Gossamer and Tori
Kylie and her friend Goss live here, diet, watch the O.C. and contemplate their future in TV movies. They help Corinna in the shop until then. They adopted Tori, a kitten who loves being photographed on phones and likes the taste of lip gloss on her fur.

2B VENUS
Mistress Dread (Pat)
When she is wearing her country casuals she is called Pat. When she is wearing her thigh-boots, leather corset and spiked armband, she is Mistress Dread. Runs a leather wear shop and a very accomodating dungeon. No pets, unless you count slaves.

SHOP 1 CAFE DELICIOUS/ HESTIA
Pandamus family
Run by the numerous and charming Pandamus family, of whom Del is the father and YaiYai is the absolute ruler.

SHOP 2 NERDS INC/ HEPHAESTUS
Taz, Rat, Gully. Run by Taz, Rat and Gully, the Lone Gunmen. Every game you have ever wanted to play. Subsist entirely on cheese flavoured twisties and chili sauce.

SHOP 3 THE SIBYLS CAVE/ LEUCOTHEA
Meroe and Belladonna
Spells in stock, also herbs and anything else you might need for magic. All carried out by the dark haired witch Meroe, with her black feline assistant, Belladonna.

SHOP 4 EARTHLY DELIGHTS/ HEBE
Corinna and Horatio
Where Corinna Chapman, who abandoned accounting along with kitten heels, cooks the best bread in Melbourne. Helped by her gentleman cat, Horatio, and the two Mouse Police, Heckle and Jekyll.
