Author bio:
David is a respected radiologist. He has published over 100 articles and books on radiology, angiography and cardiovascular physiology and has won numerous awards and prizes. He is a former Emeritus Professor of Imaging at the University of London, and Vice-Chairman of the Division of Investigative Sciences of the Imperial College School of Medicine. He is married with three children and five grandchildren.
